WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO ADDRESS PROVIDED AT CHECKOUT.

ONCE YOU HAVE CHOSEN YOUR SNEAKERS AND YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL with THE DETAILS OF YOUR ORDER. THIS EMAIL IS JUST A CONFIRMATION THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ORDER.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT YOUR ORDER IF WE ARE UNABLE TO OBTAIN AUTHORISATION FOR PAYMENT, THAT SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS APPLY TO A PARTICULAR ITEM OR THAT THE ITEM ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK.

SHIPPING IS FREE FOR ALL ORDERS OVER € 100,00 FOR ITALIAN AND EU CUSTOMERS*.

FOR ORDERS BELOW € 100,00 SHIPPING IS CHARGED AT THE RATE OF € 8,90 FOR SHIPMENT IN ITALY AND € 15,90 FOR SHIPMENT IN ANDORRA AND EU*.

FOR SHIPMENT IN NORTH AMERICA, CANARY ISLANDS, AZORES & MADEIRA, LITHUANIA, LATVIA AND ESTONIA THE RATE IS € 25,90.

FOR SHIPMENT IN ASIA, AUSTRALIA, SOUTH AMERICA, BOSNIA, TURKEY, CYPRUS AND MALTA THE RATE IS € 49,90.

FOR SHIPMENT IN AFRICA, RUSSIA, MACAO, SAUDI ARABIA, ISRAEL, QATAR, SERBIA, VENEZUELA, UKRAINE , PARAGUAY AND GIBRALTAR THE RATE IS € 59,90. *N.B.

FOR SOME EU COUNTRIES AS HUNGARY, ROMANIA, GREECE, POLAND, BULGARY, SLOVAKIA AND CZECH REPUBLIC THE RATE IS € 19,90.

PAYMENT

WE ACCEPT ONLY PAYMENTS WITH PAYPAL. PAYMENT FOR YOUR ORDER WILL BE TAKEN WHEN YOU PLACE IT. WE WILL REFUND YOUR PAYMENT WHERE YOUR ORDER IS NOT ACCEPTED.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

BUYERS MUST PAY ALL APPLICABLE TAX, DUTIES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES WHICH ARE DETERMINED BY YOUR LOCAL GOVERNMENT. DUTIES, TAXES AND/OR CUSTOMS FEES WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT COLLECTED UPON DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER. THESE ARE NOT CALCULATED BY HABITAT. BY COMPLETING YOUR ORDER YOU AGREE TO PAY ALL APPLICABLE FEES, REFUSALS WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED.

RETURNS

TO REQUEST A RETURN, PLEASE EMAIL US AT info[at]habitat-store.com

YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS OF WHY THE RETURN IS REQUESTED AND ANY ACCOMPANYING DETAILS REQUESTED (SUCH AS A PHOTO IMAGE). A RETURN REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT OF THE RELEVANT GOODS UNLESS THE REASON FOR THE REQUEST IS THAT THE GOODS ARE FAULTY, IN WHICH CASE THE RETURN REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF YOUR RECEIPT OF THE GOODS.

YOU CAN REQUEST A RETURN IF YOUR SNEAKERS DON’T FIT AND WE WILL REPLACE THEM – IF WE HAVE IN STOCK – WITH A DIFFERENT SIZE IN THE SAME PRODUCT ORDERED. IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE STYLE WILL GIVE YOU A STORE CREDIT FOR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US LESS OUR SHIPPING COSTS.

IN CASE OF FAULTY ITEM WE WILL REPLACE THEM WITH THE SAME PRODUCT AND SIZE OR, IF WE DON’T HAVE STOCK, WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH YOUR CHOICE A FULL REFUND OR A STORE CREDIT FOR THE AMOUNT PAID TO US FOR THE FAULTY ITEMS.

WHEN YOU REQUEST A RETURN YOU SHOULD CONSIDER INSURANCE BECAUSE THE SNEAKERS WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY UNTIL WE GET THEM BACK.

ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE, FREE GIFTS OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED, BUT YOU CAN MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENT BY SENDING US AN EMANIL WITHIN 6 HOURS FOLLOWING ORDER TIME.
