📦 Ordering & Delivery
After you place your order, please allow 1–2 business days for processing and packing. Once dispatched, delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10–15 business days after dispatch. Cost: £12.95 (or local equivalent).
- Free Shipping (EMS, on orders over £50): 15–25 business days after dispatch.
All times are in business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude processing. International orders may experience occasional delays due to customs.
Yes, we ship globally! However, due to current logistics constraints, we are unable to deliver to parts of Asia and certain remote regions. Availability will be confirmed at checkout.
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our Cambridge warehouse, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. You can follow your parcel’s journey right to your doorstep.
We handle all export documentation. However, any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient, in line with local regulations.

Yes. Deliveries of Bedroom Furniture, Bathroom Furniture, or Cube Storage may require assistance upon arrival. Please ensure someone is available to receive and help position larger pieces.

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If your Blinds aren’t the right shade or your Bathroom Furniture doesn’t fit your vision, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
This policy reflects our “no permanent commitment” approach—just like our peelable paints!

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service for your return.
