We take great care to accurately present our collections—from 100% Cotton Bedding and Bedroom Furniture to Bathroom Accessories and Curtains. Product images, colours, and descriptions are provided for your convenience but may vary slightly due to screen settings and natural materials. All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and product designs, is the intellectual property of Habitat Store Ltd or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

3.1 Placing an Order

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase goods under these terms. Order confirmation via email is an acknowledgement of receipt, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your items.

Your Responsibility: You warrant that all information provided (e.g., shipping address, payment details) is accurate and complete.

3.2 Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable but exclude delivery charges. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch. Payment is required in full at the time of order using our accepted methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal. Your card will be charged upon order placement.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver globally, excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia. Please refer to our detailed Shipping Information for current service areas.

  • Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before dispatch.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): £12.95. Estimated delivery 10-15 business days after dispatch.
    • Free Shipping (EMS): Available on orders over £50. Estimated delivery 15-25 business days after dispatch.
  • Your Responsibility: You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues once the item is dispatched. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is paramount. Our full Returns & Exchanges Policy is integral to these terms.

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Process: Returns must be initiated by emailing [email protected] to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Returns sent without a RAN may not be accepted.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.
  • Exchanges: Subject to stock. For speed, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.

⚠️ Important Non-Returnable Items: To uphold hygiene and safety standards, the following are final sale unless damaged or defective upon arrival: Bedding Protectors and Bath Mats (once packaging is opened). All other items in Bedding, Furniture, Rugs, Storage, Bathroom Accessories, Blinds, and Curtains collections are returnable if conditions are met.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not liable for items lost in transit back to us.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If an item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or repair at no cost to you, including covering return shipping.

7. Limitations of Liability

Habitat Store Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or anticipated savings. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
