TO REQUEST A RETURN, PLEASE EMAIL US AT info@habitat-store.com.

YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS OF THE REASONS WHY YOU ARE REQUESTING A RETURN AND ANY EXTRA DETAILS WE WILL REQUIRE (SUCH AS A PHOTO IMAGE). A RETURN REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DAYS THE PURCHASED ITEMS ARE DELIVERED.
IF YOU ARE RETURNING A FAULTY ARTICLE, YOU SHALL SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST WITHIN 6 MONTHS FROM THE GOODS. YOU CAN REQUEST A RETURN IF YOUR ITEM DOESN’ T FIT AND WE WILL REPLACE IT – IF WE HAVE IN STOCK – WITH A DIFFERENT SIZE OF THE SAME ITEM ORDERED. IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE ARTICLE WILL GIVE YOU A STORE CREDIT FOR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DEDUCTED OUR SHIPPING COSTS.

IN CASE OF FAULTY ITEM WE WILL REPLACE IT WITH THE SAME PRODUCT AND SAME SIZE OR, IF WE DON’ T HAVE STOCK, WE WILL PROVIDE A FULL REFUND OR A STORE CREDIT FOR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID.

WHEN YOU REQUEST A RETURN YOU SHOULD CONSIDER ADDING AN INSURANCE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE ITEMS UNTIL WE GET THEM BACK. ALL THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR THE RETURN ARE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER. WE SUGGEST USING YOUR LOCAL POSTAL SERVICE OR A COURIER. THE ITEMS SHOULD BE RETURNED NEW AND UNUSED (NOT WORN NOR WASHED), AND SNEAKERS MUST BE RETURNED WITH THE ORIGINAL BOX THAT CANNOT BE DAMAGED OR ALTERED IN ANY OTHER WAY.

HABITAT WILL NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT THE RETURN IF THE ITEMS ARE NOT IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITIONS.

ITEMS MARKED AS SPECIAL ITEMS, SALE, FREE GIFTS OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED, IT CANNOT BE DELETED. BUT YOU CAN MAKE ANY ADJUSTAMENT BY SENDING US AN EMAIL WITHIN 6 HOURS FROM THE ORDER TIME.
